A. Yes, with a “but….”  We can and do make specials; however, we make everything on our 5-axis CNC machining centers, which are costly to program and set up. Most of the special tools we make are quite complicated or are "repeating specials"; tools that are not in the catalog but the customer needs on a regular basis. These jobs can justify the cost of special programming and set-up. Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if your job would qualify.

A. No, we are still a growing manufacturer and cannot justify the cost.  However, we have tried to follow all of the ISO requirements from the beginning of the company and we are a certified supplier to many companies in the industry.

A. Yes, we can make your tools on CAT #50 taper shanks along with any other size of CAT taper, R8, Morse and even just plain straight shank. We machine these from bar stock, rather than buying CAT blanks, so we can offer any heat-treatment you specify.
